THE SECOND ANNUAL

DPR BUILDERS CUP
The Tournament

Last year, Team Hammer triumphed over Team Nails in the inaugural DPR Builders Cup. Will they defend their title, or will Team Nails come back with a decisive victory?
Each team consists of 14 payers of varying handicaps. We will play three rounds of match play, with one point going to the team or individual winner of each match. The three rounds will consist of Fourball, Alternate Shot, and Singles. A match is over when you are winning by more holes than remain to be played. With 24 points available, the winning team will be the first to 12.5 points. A tie will be broken via a playoff. All players will play the same tees with each match being adjusted based on the handicaps of the competitors.
Alternate Shot
Golfers compete in teams of two, using only one ball per team, and taking alternate shots until the hole is completed. Each hole is won by the team with the lowest score. One partner must tee off on all the odd number holes with the other partner teeing off on all the even number holes.
Four-Ball
Four-ball consists of two teams of two players competing directly against each other. All four golfers play their own balls throughout the round (rather than alternating shots). Each hole is won by the team whose member has the lowest score.
Singles
Matches will be played head to head with one player from each team. Each hole is won by the player with the lowest score.
